Well the team made some huge steps in Altus this weekend.  John Woolery stepped up big time by posting a new PR of 1:34 and took 3rd place overall.  The rest of the team backed him up with decent times and took the team second place overall behind a very strong SAM squad team.

The Relay also pitted us up against the mighty SAM squad and even though we lost to them by a second, the team time of 1:16 is the fastest the team has run.  A huge step forward especially since we were running with only four team members.

 Next stop St Louis in September.
